Our mission is to extend the life and usefulness of your Ender, Tevo or Sovol 3D printer through a collection of easily installed DIY kits. What began as a Facebook group (and still exists, Ender XL Builders Club), EnderExtender.com blossomed into a full fledged, yet still garage-based, business within just a few short months. Our kits have traveled the world! We've shipped kits all over the United States, and to Canada, Germany, Belgium, Denmark and more! It's so exciting to be able to provide a valuable service to the Ender community, and soon to the Sunlu, Sovol and Tevo communities.
Based out of Dallas, Texas, USA, I started this venture on Facebook by creating a group called Ender XL Builders Club. I use this group to connect with enthusiasts in the 3D printing community, and specifically those modifying the Ender 3 by Creality. If you're a Facebook user, please join the group!
While maintaining my full time day job, I build kits in the evenings. I have a wonderful helper, married to her for 30 years, she does all the kitting, counting, bagging of screws, making wires, while I handle the machinery, and together we have packing days. She's been amazingly supportive of this crazy idea, and never asking for anything in return. With Covid-19 hanging around, we can't hire anyone or move into a bigger location. So we'll do our best to accommodate our customers. We love what we're doing, and know that it adds value to other's lives.
As we grow, we learn, and we meet others that contribute greatly to our endeavor. I'd love to call them out by name but there are so many in my Facebook group that are true champs and passionate about 3d printing, and the Ender Extender, and have helped me greatly. Thank you all!
